WHAT WE DO
Transportation of vegoils, mineral oils, CPP and DPP and bunkering services
We use our knowledge and experience to help companies transport edible oils and all the products derived from them. We do this for the food and feed sector. Additionally, we transport mineral oils, clean petroleum products (CPP), dark petroleum products (DPP), and various biofuels, and we provide reliable bunkering services for sea-going vessels. In other words, our transport and services spectrum is very wide and we can handle any logistical challenge.

A unique combination.
A unique aspect of Volharding Group is the combination of seagoing vessels and inland barges, which are largely owned by Volharding Group or sail under our flag.
We have various inland barges and coasters that sail with dedicated and very experienced crews who are fully aware of all the safety rules and regulations.
GROWTH
Future plans
Since our official start, we have grown by more than 300 per cent. Customers know where to find us and are more than satisfied with our performance. We transport a wide range of products – everything from food and feed sector products to mineral oils at high volumes.
We invest continuously in our fleet and several vessels will be added to our fleet in 2024 for transporting edible oils, fats and mineral products. This will grow both our marine and inland shipping. This is how we can meet the need for transportation of larger volumes of various products.
Fitting-out quay
Volharding Shipyard Werkendam
Our fitting-out quay in Werkendam covers 5030 m² and has a length of 187 meters. Our professional team expertly handles the outfitting of various new-build hulls for inland barges and small seagoing vessels, as well as repairs and maintenance. Thanks to our strategic location, an extensive network of suppliers and a dedicated team with a passion for shipping and shipbuilding, we can offer the best for every project.
